Own and scale paid acquisition across channels, focusing on measurable growth and efficient spend.
You’ll own paid acquisition and growth across key channels. The focus is on building a predictable pipeline, improving conversion, and scaling campaigns efficiently.
– Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
– Test creatives, audiences, and landing pages
– Track performance and improve conversion rates
– Allocate budget based on ROI
– Work with product and design on growth experiments
– 4+ years in performance marketing
– Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
– Experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns
– Understanding of funnels and conversion optimization
– Comfortable working remotely
– Experience with SaaS or digital products
– Basic knowledge of analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, etc.)
– Experience running experiments (A/B testing)
We’re a remote-first team across Europe and the US. Most work is async, with a few regular syncs. Marketing is closely connected with product and focuses on measurable growth.
