Product Operations
Support product processes, improve workflows, and keep teams aligned across projects.
About the role
You’ll support the product team by improving processes, keeping work organized, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams. The focus is on clarity, structure, and execution.
What you’ll do
– Maintain and improve product workflows
– Support planning and prioritization processes
– Keep documentation and internal systems up to date
– Coordinate between product, design, and engineering
– Identify and remove process bottlenecks
What we’re looking for
– 2–4 years in operations, product, or project roles
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to structure information and workflows
– Attention to detail
– Comfortable working remotely
Nice to have
– Experience with product or startup teams
– Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, etc.
– Understanding of product development processes

We’re a remote-first team across Europe and the US. Work is mostly async, with a few regular syncs. Product Ops helps keep the system clear, structured, and moving forward.
