About the role

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to own and grow our sales pipeline. You’ll work directly with inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and manage deals from first contact to close. The role is hands-on and closely connected to product and marketing.

What you’ll do

  • Manage inbound leads and qualify opportunities

  • Run discovery calls and product demos

  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close

  • Work with marketing on lead quality and messaging

  • Collaborate with product on feedback from customers

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline

  • Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously

  • Fluent English

  • Experience selling digital products or tools

  • Background in startups or small teams

  • Familiarity with CRM tools
