Work with customers to ensure successful product use, retention, and long-term value.
You’ll work directly with customers to ensure they get value from the product. The focus is on onboarding, retention, and long-term relationships.
– Onboard new customers and guide them through setup
– Maintain ongoing communication with key accounts
– Identify risks and improve retention
– Collect and share customer feedback with the team
– Support upsells and expansions where relevant
– 2–4 years in customer success or account management
– Strong communication and relationship skills
– Ability to understand customer needs and workflows
– Organized and proactive approach
– Comfortable working remotely
– Experience in SaaS or digital products
– Familiarity with CRM and support tools
– Experience working with B2B customers
We’re a remote-first team across Europe and the US. Work is mostly async, with a few regular syncs. Customer success is focused on long-term relationships and product adoption.
