Drive user acquisition and growth through experiments, funnels, and data-driven decisions.
You’ll focus on growing the product through experiments and continuous optimization. The role sits between marketing, product, and analytics, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
– Run experiments across acquisition and activation
– Analyze funnels and identify drop-offs
– Improve conversion rates across key flows
– Work with product and design on growth initiatives
– Track and report on performance metrics
– 3+ years in growth or performance marketing
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Experience with funnels and conversion optimization
– Ability to run experiments independently
– Comfortable working remotely
– Experience with SaaS or digital products
– Familiarity with analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, etc.)
– Experience working cross-functionally
