Senior Product Designer
Lead product design across key areas, driving clarity, consistency, and high-quality user experience.
About the role
You’ll lead design across core product areas, working closely with product and engineering. The focus is on improving key flows, maintaining design quality, and driving consistent decisions across the product.
What you’ll do
– Lead design for key product areas
– Define and improve user flows and interfaces
– Maintain and evolve the design system
– Work closely with product and engineering
– Provide feedback and direction to other designers
What we’re looking for
– 5+ years of product design experience
– Strong portfolio with shipped products
– Ability to lead projects end-to-end
– Systems thinking and attention to detail
– Clear communication and ownership
Nice to have
– Experience in SaaS or digital products
– Experience mentoring designers
– Understanding of product metrics and user behavior
How we work
We’re a remote-first team across Europe and the US. Most communication is async, with a few regular syncs. Designers are expected to take ownership and influence product decisions.
